BS group Bitumen SC3000 a slow curing (SC) cutback bitumen that contains 80% bitumen, consisting of penetration grade asphalt cement and diluent or cutter of slow volatility.
Our Cutback Bitumen SC-3000 complies with cutback petroleum asphalts of the slow-curing type for use in the construction and treatment of pavements as per ASTM D2028-97 reapproved in 2004.

Applications
This kind of bitumen is suitable to be used in the construction and treatment of pavements as per ASTM D2028-97 reapproved in 2004. Cutback asphalt SC-3000 is used for pavement base and surfaces with dense-graded aggregate and patching as well.
